To redeem you membership gift voucher please follow the following instructions.

 

The process is the same as if you were buying membership for yourself but rather than paying money for it you will be using the voucher code to pay for it.

At the bottom right hand corner of this screen there is an "Add to Basket" button. Pease click on this and you will receive the message that River Cottage membership has been added to your basket.

  Please click on the view your basket option and this will take you through to the basket page. You should see that you have successfully added River Cottage Membership to your basket and the basket total is £35.00

Now enter your voucher code in the "Use Voucher" box and press Add on the right hand side of the screen. You will notice the basket total is now £0.00

Now please press Place Order just below the total. If you are already registered on our website please login, if you are a new customer you will have to register first, if this is the case click on the word register and this will take you to a screen where you can enter all of your details. Once you have done this and hit the signup button you will have to go back to view your basket.

You will then have to confirm the order by pressing the place order button again.

Your invoice and delivery address will then appear. If these are correct press place order again.

You will now receive a message saying your order has been accepted, this means that you are a River Cottage Member!
