Spend a summer’s evening in the garden at Park Farm, dining alfresco on the very best local produce.
The evening will start at 6.00pm with canapés and a welcome drink. Once you have relaxed, our garden team will take you on a tour of the River Cottage gardens including the house garden, fruit and pear trees, climate change garden and polytunnels. We will then guide you around the farm visting the goats, pigs, chickens, cattle and sheep explaining our River Cottage approach to running a small holding. Meanwhile, your dinner will be cooked using our outdoor bread oven, spit or barbecue. Our team of chefs will be happy to talk to you about the techniques and equipment they’re using.
At about 8pm, you will be served a four-course set menu based around produce from the garden, and meat from our own livestock, along with seasonal ingredients from the very best West Country producers.
The evening will round off at around 10.45pm.
