The following posts are available:
Front of House Manager. River Cottage is looking for a charming, dedicated, experienced Front of House Manager to lead the FOH team at our new Canteen in East Devon. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about food and drink, and have a passion for local and seasonal produce. Excellent customer care and team leadership skills are essential. Personal License Holder would be a distinct advantage as would experience of food and liquor stock control. Commis Chef (salary dependent on experience) approximately 45 hours per week. Experience essential. You must have a desire to work with seasonal food in a busy, service orientated kitchen. A good basic knowledge of cookery and hygiene procedures essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to think for themselves as well as work as part of a close team.
Full time KP approximately 45 hours per week. Alternate weekends off. You must be fit and well motivated, experience preferable but not essential. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, with a desire to work alongside the Head KP to maintain and develop hygiene and recycling. An interest in food would be a bonus as there will be some basic food preparation required.
Weekend waiting staff – fantastic customer service skills and confident manner essential. Various part-time shifts available.
