Greengage & coriander mojito
A delicious and refreshing twist on the classic mojito
Method
Muddle limes, greengage, syrup & vodka in a chalice glass.
Add a few sprigs of coriander and top with crushed ice. Top up with soda, add more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of coriander.
