During the course of the day you will create a seasonal starter, a main and pudding.
You will get hands-on with bread, making and baking your own farmhouse loaf. Try your hand at fish cookery and learn the principles of slow roasting meat. You may get to grips with cooking offal or learn how to make sausages, and for those of you with a sweet tooth you'll be making a greedy pudding.
