Situated in The Farmhouse, the original features have been retained and restored, breathing new life into one of the most beloved spaces at River Cottage. The shared sitting room has double aspect views across the courtyard to one side and the mature walled kitchen garden to the other.

The inglenook fireplace and bread oven in the shared  kitchen, focus of many of Hugh’s onscreen cookery demonstrations, have been lovingly restored and complemented with a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring a large range cooker.
