River Cottage’s chef, Tom Morrell, teaches you how to make and cook with pastry in his online pie-making course.

Tom will guide you through all the essential skills needed to create a variety of savoury pastries—including shortcrust, rough puff, hot water crust, and suet. He’ll then show you how to make pork pies, bake sausage rolls, prepare pastry bases for quiches and tarts, and create a classic British suet pastry for steamed or boiled puddings.
