Learn Easter Baking Skills at River Cottage Cookery School
Spend the day celebrating the baked goods of spring with our hands-on Easter Baking course, guided by our professional baker.
You’ll master soft, spiced hot cross buns, classic lemon-scented Easter biscuits, and beautifully tempered chocolate bon-bons with smooth seasonal ganache. Enjoy a demonstration of elegant choux pastry in a Paris-Brest showstopper, and bake your own moist carrot cake loaf to finish.
Along the way, you’ll develop skills in enriched doughs, biscuit making, chocolate tempering, choux pastry and cake baking — using luxury ingredients throughout.
