Good level of complexity, tasty recipe and and an engaging chef. Friendly atmosphere. Good to cook sustainably with local and garden produce.

Really good. Great mix of garden walk, demonstrations at the front, and us doing the cooking. Lots of tips during the day. Really good having Sean on hand to support and facilitate. I’m fairly neurodivergent and struggle to do two things at once (listen to instructions and do) but I found it easy to keep up. Excellent day.
