Sweet treats arenโ€™t forgotten, seasonal vegetables like beetroot are transformed into delicious puddings such as brownies.

In the afternoon, the family will prepare a comforting seasonal dish, such as cottage pie or fresh pasta lasagne, while picking up tips on growing vegetables at home and embracing seasonal, seasonal cooking beyond the course.

This hands-on family cookery day will inspire creativity and confidence in the kitchen. With expert tuition, playful recipes, and practical skills, youโ€™ll leave with a bag of your handmade dishes and the confidence to keep cooking together at home.
