Gelf will demonstrate how to build flavours with spices and use them to enhance and complement meat, fish, and vegetables. You’ll discover recipes inspired by cuisines from around the world, made with ingredients produced in the UK.
In each lesson, you will learn to use different spices and new techniques, starting with making your own curry powder in Lesson One. In Lesson Two, you’ll learn how to marinate and spice meat to perfection, followed by fish in Lesson Three, and finally, vegetables in Lesson Four.
Throughout the course, you’ll also learn to create naan bread, dhal with English yellow split peas, and dishes inspired by the cuisines of Spain and Japan.
