It was a very well structured day and Connor was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a great overview of developing a garden and the plans he has for River Cottage. He was also keen to make it interactive answered all our questions. Overall I had a great day.
Great food and all fresh and local, fabulous staff, we picked up plenty of tips
“Conner provided a hands on course with enthusiasm and fantastic knowledge.”
“We were impressed with the day especially how varied it was with the cookery demonstration and excellent lunch included. It was really enjoyable and we have come away inspired to grow. We will start no digging this year. We have ordered organic seeds and are nurturing the ones from the day!”
Brilliant chef for the day, it was amazing thankyou, and really appreciate the hard work and effort that must go on behind the scenes everyday to organise all you do, as well as to do the day itself thankyou.
Well organised, relaxed, great environment to learn – I enjoyed the course and it was inspiring too!
Very informative and fun. Loads of useful and practical information and experience, even if we don’t all have quite such a large space to work with!
Really interesting, Connor was extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of ideas
“Our chef teacher was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful and informed. I love cooking and I really enjoyed myself. However long you’ve been cooking you can always learn new things and the dishes we made were all delicious.”
Conar provided a hands on course with enthusiasm and fantastic knowledge.
