Join us for a special evening with world-renowned zero-waste chef Doug McMaster, back at River Cottage for a feast full of creativity and flavour.
Transforming offcuts, trimmings, and foraged ingredients into something extraordinary, this is cooking that challenges expectations while delivering incredible flavour.
Hosted in our beautiful 18th-century threshing barn, Doug will introduce the menu and share the inspiration and techniques behind each course.
