Method
Prepare the glass: Add a generous portion of ice to a highball glass.
Mix the drink: Pour in the vodka, blackcurrant liqueur, and apple juice. Top up with soda water.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with a few slices of fresh apple and enjoy!

- 25 ml Black Cow vodka
- 25 ml Chase Blackcurrant Liqueur (or homemade!)
- 100 ml Fever Tree Soda water
- 100 ml Heron Valley apple juice
- A few slices of apple to serve
