What You’ll Learn

Through this collection of 48 cookery lessons, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and the River Cottage team will equip you with essential skills and techniques to become a proficient cook. You’ll receive personalised feedback from our team in the online classroom, making your learning experience engaging and supportive. Upon completing all 11 courses, you’ll earn a River Cottage Diploma, signed by Hugh himself!

As part of this immersive experience, you’ll take a journey behind the scenes and explore many hidden corners of River Cottage.
